How shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation…

Well hello world or possibly not anyone at all?! This is my first official blog. I guess we all start somewhere. I assume this may be a little strange for me for a while but I will try to overcome the weirdness and get on with it. On this first blog I thought it may be a good idea to confess at the very beginning that I am the type of person that will write out a long story or deep thought and then abandon it all because it doesn’t sound right or I think people may think that I am an idiot!! That being said I promise to try to avoid that so long as you (whoever you are) promise not to be too hard on me unless I get way out of line (my lines of course). I am a sinner saved by Grace and I am not perfect. So with that in the open I am free to become a part of this blogosphere with all my imperfections. (Hey Glenna if you read this keep your fingers off that delete button. I want to hear what you have to say.) In the real world I am a wife to an awesome friend (Marcus) that I have loved for all of my life, and a mommy to an eight year old little girl who I call Munchkin. She is one of the reasons I was made. I am a bit of an animal freak (not a hoarder just a freak). The following animals live in my home/yard: Sister (feline that gets on my nerves), Jhetta (my favorite kitty that currently has a cough of unknown origin), Olive (awesome guinea pig w/rock star hair do, love her), Mancey (big stubborn/smart great dane/lab mix), T.Rex aka T.T. (a pit-bull yes I said pit-bull people, one of the loves of my life, my most loyal friend), Hooker (mix pit/lab that belongs to my husband I am sad to say I do not choose to be his friend if he were ill or dying I would care for him and maybe cry but that is all), we also have some fish that I purchased as a therapy tool for myself. I am an idiot and I like watching fish swim and I will not delete this comment!! Marcus and I have been married since April 07 and hopefully we will add some more humans to our family within the next year or so. We are just waiting for God to smile on us. We will be going on a mission trip to Haiti in may of this year. So if you are the praying type please pray for us to use this opportunity to change our hearts and maybe change part of the world for the better. If you are not the praying type I suggest you try it but please let the first prayer be for your own heart and if you would like for me to pray for you let me know. Ok I am going to go now because I am sure that you all think I am a holy rolling animal freak that types too much. This has been different but in a good way.
